Questions and Responses:

  • Will you accept proposals with Turn Key installation for all of the units?

Our electrical contractor on the Northwest Building project is currently responsible for the installation and initial calibration of the projectors.  Please add the additional cost of a turnkey installation as an add on to the requested proposal.

  • For the training aspect of it, are you talking more about professional development and how to use the projector for learning applications or for teaching how to operate, calibrate and otherwise use the basic functions of the projectors.

We are looking for 3 different training scenarios here.

Train the installation team (electrical contractor) and ensure proper installation procedures are in place.

Train the trainer for district technology staff, coaches, and selected faculty.

Post install onsite support to answer questions and assist end users in the proper use of the interactive features of the board.

Please note our current teacher laptop fleet is the 11″ inch Macbook Air.
