To apply for the use of school property, please send a letter of request to:
Kim Yingst, District Office, 1000 South 8th St., Lebanon, Pa. 17042 or email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Include in your letter of request –
1. Name, title, address, & phone number of person that will be signing our APPLLICATION FOR USE OF SCHOOL PROPERTY. If for an organization, list organization’s name.
2. Name, phone number & email address of contact person (if different than #1)
3. Date & time property is requested
4. School requested
5. Facility needed (for example – gym, cafeteria, atrium)
6. Nature of the event
7. Will an admission be charged?
8. Any equipment needed?
The request will be forwarded to the necessary administrators for their approval. Once approved, you will be mailed our APPLICATION FOR USE OF SCHOOL PROPERTY. After that has been signed & sent it back to us, the Business Manager will sign-off on behalf of the school board & return a copy to you.
