Lebanon School District permits coffee pots or Keurig’s, microwaves, and small refrigerators in approved areas. One appliance per department or per teaching team is permitted in one assigned area, at no cost to staff. Teachers who need appliances as part of federally funded programs, or pre-approved special education programs and have district-owned appliances, are permitted to keep the appliance(s) at no cost.
Staff who bring in appliances for convenience and keep them in their working area, must inventory the appliance annually with Buildings & Grounds. There is an annual fee for convenience appliances. In all circumstances, it is the responsibility of the appliance owner to be sure that electrical appliances are disconnected before leaving the area for the summer.
Lebanon School District does not allow portable heaters. Portable heaters must be removed from all district buildings.
