Due to the current disaster emergency declared by Governor Wolf by Proclamation dated April 9, 2020, and the subsequent Executive Order closing schools for the remainder of the 2019-2020 academic year, and in consideration of the health and safety of the school community, notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Lebanon School District will convene a virtual meeting of the Board on June 8th, 2020, and again on June 15th, 2020, each at 7:00 p.m.
The detailed agenda for each meeting will be posted on the District website as soon as it is made final. To view the Board Agenda, go to our website at www.lebanon.k12.pa.us, click on BOARD OF DIRECTORS, go down to BOARDDOCS; then up in the right corner click on MEETINGS and you will see the agenda for tonight’s meeting. All agendas are subject to change at or before the date/time of each meeting and/or upon motion of any Board Member.

Residents may submit comments in advance of the meeting via email to the Board Secretary. Mary Harrell at 717-270-6711 or by email at email@example.com . Comments must include the name and address of the individual proposing the comment. District residents, only, shall be permitted to comment, and the Board will limit comments to agenda items only. Proposed comments must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting, and comments cannot include the names of students or staff members. Public comment during the meeting, without submission in advance, may be considered but cannot be guaranteed due to the limitations caused by the meeting being conducted virtually.
A record of the meeting will be used to generate the meeting minutes, which will be approved by the Board at the following month’s business meeting. The Board reserves the right to entertain any and all such matters which may be properly brought before them at the meeting.
