Ladies/Gentlemen:
The Lebanon School District is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Phone System as per the enclosed specifications.  Your attention is directed to the enclosed General Conditions and Instructions, which govern the submission of your RFP.  PROPOSALS WILL BE EXPECTED TO MEET ALL RFP REQUIREMENTS so please review all documents and instructions carefully.

Sealed RFP’s are to be submitted to Curtis O. Richards, Business Manager, Lebanon School District, 1000 South Eighth Street, Lebanon, PA 17042 until 1:00 pm local time, Monday, July 10, 2017, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Lebanon School District Board Room.

Tentative plans call for the Lebanon School District Board of School Directors to take action to award a contract at its Regular Board Meeting on Monday, July 17, 2017

Questions must be submitted in writing via email to Mr. Shawn Canady, Chief Information Officer,scanady@lebanon.k12.pa.us   by 12:00 pm local time, Tuesday, June 27, 2017.  The District will provide written responses to those questions deemed appropriate to all companies by close of business Wednesday June 28, 2017.   All participating vendors must attend a district walkthrough and proposal requirements review session at 9:00 am June 27, 2017.
